The plot was not extraordinary but you will have "broad laughs and tugs at the heartstrings without delving too deep", according to some reviews. What I like most of this movie is that the drama was light when you expected it to be heavy. A true crowd-pleasing entertainment but not shallow.
It's based on a true story of a friendship between a paralyzed quadriplegic French billionaire and his African immigrant care-giver. :).
