Pretty good low-overhead ghost film. The director who did House Of The Devil once again manages to work up some substantial atmosphere with what seems to be a relatively low budget. A couple of the shots will stick with you.
There is no gore, very little in the way of "jump" scares, and a total lack of sexpot teen horror BS. This is a slow burn that at times harkens to The Shining, and that is tall praise for a relatively new director.
Worth a look.
