Ti West's follow-up to the fab 'House of The Devil' is a sedate, never flashy, old fashioned ghost story. Sarah Paxton is great. She has a likeable goofy charm. The script keeps events low key but funny, and the score and sound design are very good, so important in building up the creepiness.
Watch this rather than 'Insidious', 'The Woman In Black' or 'Paranormal Activity' 1-10.
