Interesting Independent Drama/comedy directed by Steven Soderbergh ("Ocean's 11", "The Girlfriend Experience") and written by Scott Z. Burns ("The Bourne Ultimatum"), based on the non-fiction book ["The Informant"] by Kurt Eichenwald.

Great performances by Matt Damon ("Syriana", The Bourne Trilogy,"Green Zone") as the bipolar liar/ informant Mark Whitacre, Scott Bakula ("Quantum Leap", "Men of a Certain Age") as FBI Agent Brian Shepard, Joel McHale ("Community"), Clancy Brown ("The Shawshank Redemption", "A Nightmare on Elm Street") as a corporate lawyer, Ann Cusack, and Melanie Lynskey ("Up in the Air", "Leaves of Grass") as Mark Whitacre's wife.

Good performances by Andrew Daly ("MadTV", "Eastbound & Down"), Patton Oswalt ("King Of Queens", "Big Fan"), Tom Papa, Larry Clarke, Rick Overton, Eddie Jemison ("Ocean's 11", "Hung"), Tony Hale ("Arrested Development"), and Paul F.

Tompkins. Overall this film was very slow [it's definitely not for everyone] but funny and interesting from a psychological standpoint, and it's mainly the performances [especially the performance/narration by Matt Damon] that make it an enjoyable film.
