Review of The Informant! (2009) by Moore S — 15 Oct 2010
Well.. emm..it's special. The movie itself seems to be quite average, but I liked the story. It's quite unique and you don't really get where it's all going until the middle of the movie.
Then it just starts rolling downward for the main character along with the viewer's sympathy toward him. The weaker part of this movie is its flatness. Everything is really on the plate and the only thing that this movie can be remembered for is your own voice inside your head saying "What the fuck is he thinking??".
I don't understand why Matt Damon was nominated for Oscar for this film, but I did find Scott Bakula quite good in a supporting role, which almost did not any credit.
