Based on actual events 'the informant' tells us the story of whistleblower Marc Whitacre taking down ADM, a pice-fixing Lysine company. Although not being a very memorable movie Matt Damon truly succeeds in keeping the viewer in the dark about Marc's true intentions and his questionable state of mind.
