Steven Soderbergh and Matt Damon team up for the 4th time for a rather humorous and intelligent film about one thing...trust.

Matt Damon plays Mark Whitacre, a prominent employee of a company that has a rather shady style of doing things. Whitacre decides to take it in his own hands and becomes an informant for the FBI, but who should the FBI be looking at? The company, or Mark?

Matt Damon owns this character, and I am surprised he wasn't nominated for an Oscar. The supporting cast is great too. Every scene, every conversation is just a mind game created by Damon's character, who you can't help but believe what he says.

I loved this film. Sure it was slow at times and if you aren't paying attention, you could miss a really important plot point, but with Damon's performance and the shocking truth of Mark Whitacre's life story is enough to recommend this hidden gem.
