Steven Soderbergh and Matt Damon put a hilarious twist on the true story of a whistleblower who is just as greedy as the company he works for. Damon's performance provides plenty of laughs and he is aided by Marvin Hamlisch's supremely cheesy score.
The Informant! is well deserving of it's exclamation point.
