Review of The Incredibles (2004) by Tuhin G — 11 Jun 2013

I love Pixar and the stuff they do, but this was a real low, in my opinion. Granted, it was hard to follow the brilliance of Finding Nemo, but they could have done so much better. It was cute, but just not at all up to the standards that I'm used to from them.

There were not enough of the subtleties that make their films a joy to watch. But, it was not all bad. I did have fun. There was a good plot line and it was funny. The animation was, as usual, top notch and they followed their own rules.

Pixar could have had a successful movie if they had used all their creativity, like they did for other movies. It's worth a watch, but don't look for something outstanding. Watched 05/29/2013, written 06/12/2013.
