Review of The Imaginarium of Doctor Parnassus (2009) by A.d. O — 26 Nov 2011

I liked this, but not as much as i'd have expected. clearly the production was dealt a blow by the death of heath, but the use of jude/colin/johnny to fill the gaps actually fit almost seemlessly. something was amiss in the actual construction of the story though.

.. it felt a bit like patchwork separate from the changing faces of tony. couldn't help but feel a bit heartbroken when the film ended. heath had so much potential. having said that, I did enjoy the abundence of boy candy made available here :p.
