An animated feature for adults, and adults only! And not even every adult, but rather adults who have patience enough to sit and watch someone paint watercolor in over an hour! Because Illusionist is a visual meditation.
It has a subtle blend of classic and digital animation with a pace most likely slower than your breathtaking! Its semi-silent narrative is gentle and a story charming as a fine vintage French wine. Admittedly I was never a Tati fan, but I enjoyed him animated!
