Review of The Illusionist (2009) by J.j. W — 19 May 2011
The film gets a little too self-indulgent at times. Too many animation films care too much about the process rather than the progression of the story. The Illusionist falls into this trap here and there but a very touching end makes this a very wonderful experience.
