Review of The Ides of March (2011) by Lucas D — 02 Nov 2013

It's a very solid film. Great cast, great directing, good screenplay. It does a fine job revealing what the politics is all about with twists and turns, making it an enjoyable movie to watch. However what this film really lacks is a culmination, you wait until the movie hits it's highest point, but it never really does.

So, that's a slight disappointment. Nevertheless, it really is thought provoking and the film achieves what it's aiming for.
