Subtly acerbic look at middle-class Seventies life in middle America. Kline & Weaver solid in the main roles, but actually this scores high with me for the moody teenagers: Tobey Maguire, Elijah Wood and Christina Ricci.
A hat trick of my favourites! Oh, and there's some nice shots of nature and t'ing from Ang Lee. If you like that sort of thing better than Christina Ricci.
