Review of The Ice Storm (1997) by Sean N — 23 Jul 2009
Adults acting as children, children acting as adults, tobey maguire accidentally slipping katie holmes a rufee (something that should have been done a long time ago) but a fine film this is. Ang Lee rightfully dips The Ice Storm into a giant inflatable pool of hurt feelings, sinking morals, and the breakdown of the American family which by the end, tears through the pool itself and floods the backyard, shorts out your electricity, water logs the bottom shelves of your dvd collection and leaves about 2 inches of water damage on your hardwood floors which will probably run you about 5,000 bucks to replace at a home depot.
But enough about sitting through Ang Lee's 'Hulk'.
Nyuk.
