I loved the cast in this film! Kevin Cline, Christina Ricci, Tobey Maguire, Joan Allen, Sigourney Weaver, and Elijah Wood make for a great movie. Though Ice Storm is a great and powerful film, it seems to be missing something.
I found the ending to be a bit rushed and I did not understand some things. Like, was it all a dream? And what was the point of Ben picking up Paul at the train station and breaking down crying in the car? I was a bit lost toward the last 5 to 10 minutes.
Overall though the film was great and I would recommend it to any one who loves a good movie.
