Review of The Hurt Locker (2008) by Nico S — 10 Jan 2016
Probbaly the best movie about modern warfare. Not a lot of action but it has some very tense scenes and it explores the effects of the war on people superbly. The performances are excellent from everyone.
Bigelow creates a tense atmosphere very well, even in the more dramatic scenes because we already know the effects of war and how they've gone a little crazy and hectic.
