Review of The Hurricane (1999) by Andres Q — 05 Mar 2008
A great film and excellent portrayal of Rubin "Hurricane" Carter by Denzel Washington. This film is not just about boxing and fighting, but about hope as well. Some fights may last one round, but some might last for a lifetime.
The Hurricane is by far one of the best films I've seen in my lifetime and actually made me teary at the end. A well deserved five star rating.
