Review of The Huntsman: Winter's War (2016) by Javier S — 27 Jun 2016

I'm not hard to please, and I thought this movie might be a decent popcorn flick at the end of a day. It wasn't. The plot felt very rushed. I think the worst thing about it was the pacing. They tried to give too much drama too quickly, and then would switch to comedy, with no development. Characters that "died", you didn't know long enough to care about.

Also was confusing was the huntsman. It seemed like at times the guy couldn't fight his way out of a paper bag, but others he was taking on all comers without breaking a sweat. A bit more consistency would have went a long way.
