One of my top 5 favorite movies aof all.Sean Connery in his greatest role as Marco ramius, a well respected Soviet submarine captain steals a Typhoon class submarine from russia and announces to defect to America, Russia then attempts to stop him with no luck and then inform the US, that he is mad and intends to launch nuclear missiles.
Jack Ryan however has a hunch that Ramius would defect, so its up to one man to reach Ramius in time before the US or the Russians sink the sub.
