Review of The Hunger Games (2012) by Brandon M — 28 Nov 2015
Basic: So, in The Hunger Games, set in the Dystopia future, of where each year two tributes: a boy and a girl from each district would be sent off at The Hunger Games. At district 12, when Katniss Everdeen's (Jennifer Lawrence) younger sister, Primrose Everdeen (Willow Shields) got her name selected, this is where Katniss volunteered to be her tribute, and then her, and Peeta (Josh Hutcherson), the boy who got his name selected, are about to go off to the Capital of where they would be trained, and then a week later, they'll be heading to The Hunger Games.
My full opinion: I'll have to admit that the shaking camera does ruined the experience for me, but as a result, I was satisfied for what it is because the film is thrilling, it's well-paced, and the acting is terrific. I was actually more impressed with the scenes between Katniss, and Rue (Amandla Stenberg), than the scenes between Katniss and Peeta. 3/4.
