Not bad, but simultaneously not good. I felt no concern for any of the characters at any point, and didn't understand the circumstances that led to the Hunger Games taking place. I realise it was in response to a rebellion, but what caused the rebellion? No reason is given for, leading to a feeling of no greater cause than moustache-twirling, music-hall villainy.
