Review of The Hunger (1983) by Sarah M — 02 Aug 2007
It is the greatest film ever made for one reason only. Tony Scott I believe came to this film with a purpose that we all longed and yearned to see fulfilled: A way to make a movie with Peter Murphy singing it, David Bowie dieing in it, and Susan Sarandon and Catherine Deneuve getting it on in it.
Make no mistake about Whitley Schriber's novel, I've read it, enjoyed it, but it has NOTHING to do with this film.
