Review of The Human Stain (2003) by Movie K — 08 May 2009

Anthony Hopkins is a university professor who one day lost his job because of a racial sensitive word spoke by him. His wife also died on that day. From there, he got to know a writer Gary Sinise who has been hiding in the woods.

And then Anthony got to know Nicole Kidman and had a relationship with her. Slowly she reveal her past. Her 2 kids died and she is harassed by her ex-husband Ed Harris. Anthony also hide a secret. He is from a black family but to protect them and for his own good after getting a degree he has not keep in contact with them.

Then towards the end, Ed was driving his truck and coming from the opposite direction against Anthony and Nicole and they fell to the river and died. Ed decided to write a book about the story. Overall really slow and kind of boring.

Except for some hot Nicole Kidman sexy shots.
