Review of The Human Stain (2003) by Saku T — 15 Dec 2007
This movie was on TV couple of days ago and I decided to check it out, because it had Tony Hopkins and Nic Kidman in it. I gotta say, I was overjoyed that I recorded it and not watch it "live", because it was extremely fast-forwardworthy.
This thing had such tedious scenes that I should have saved it for when I would be trying to sleep, I bet it would have worked as a tranquilizer with little effort. Anyway, there is something about racial issues and past crimes and all that, but the main thing was that I did not care.
Some long-winded jumping between two different timelines ensues, but again it is boring as hell. Not even bad, just boring. Ed Harris once again owns though.
