It's not the nastiest film ever made... not even close. People often talk about how utterly disgusting the Human Centipede is. On one hand they are correct, but it's substantially less nauseating than you would anticipate.
There's a bit of humor and a typical horror finale. It's not good, but it certainly isn't awful. If you're a horror fan, you've seen worse.
