Review of The Hudsucker Proxy (1994) by Ryan Gibbons — 16 Sep 2010
A funny and clever classic from the Coen Brothers. This film is not their best by any means. But when you take it for what it is, you will more than likely love it. The Humor is a fantastic mix of their usual dark and twisted humor like Kubrick had, but also some really lighthearted and fun humor like any comedy.
The acting is fantastic, the writing is really good, and it's a really fun film to watch but it's also a film that can make you feel sympathy for these characters.
