Review of The Hudsucker Proxy (1994) by Filipe C — 17 Feb 2018
A truly underappreciated Coens deep cut, The Hudsucker Proxy is a prime example of the brothers' masterful writing, from the sharp satire about big business, to the finely drawn plot and characters.
This farce is equally parts entertaining and enlightening, and features Paul Newman's last great performance.
