Review of The Hudsucker Proxy (1994) by Matthew B — 08 Aug 2015
The Hudsucker Proxy is delightful from an artistic standpoint. The scene documenting Hula Hoop craze is wonderful. But a lot of the humor falls flat, and the characters aren't really likable. I applaud the Coen Brothers for trying, but they didn't quite hit the mark with this one.
