Review of The House That Dripped Blood (1971) by Private U — 03 Feb 2008
This is one of those anthologies with three creepy stories revolving around a rental house.
It's just so creepy without being bloody. There's a lot of musty atmosphere to it. It's like a campfire ghost story more than anything else. Nothing really that gory at all, which is a nice change from the disgusting, ultra-violent crap we get from the Gen Y directors just starting to make their mark.
