Review of The House of Yes (1997) by Andy H — 16 Jul 2008
Twisted and funny, but kind of dull and very over-done. Parker Posey was brilliant, but I would have done without the rest of the cast (except Rachel Leigh Cook, but her role was so minor). There isn't much going on, so in that respect it wasn't very interesting.
However, in different aspects, "The House Of Yes" is very interesting, the characters, the relationships, the twisted awkwardness, just everything besides the "action." I wasn't thrilled, but I was mildly entertained, and forever changed.
