Review of The House of Yes (1997) by Veronica B — 26 Jul 2012
The story just gets more twisted as you watch. I often felt myself hoping it was all some elaborate joke, and that the characters would reveal this in an enormously funny punch line. This, however, isn't the case.
We love and hate Posey's Jackie-O,and want to find someone in the family who is somehow more to blame than the others. A troubling, yet darkly comedic ensemble piece that gives an intimate look at a fucked-up familial microcosm.
