Review of The House of the Devil (2009) by Robert C — 01 Oct 2011
Looking and even feeling at parts like something lifted right out of the mid to late 70s, this is a film that takes it's time building up tension and suspense pretty effectively and ultimately, the last 30 minutes of this film are pretty insane.
Great performance from Jocelin Donahue, who I think horror fans should keep an eye on. Slow, but satisfying.
