Well thought out, deliberate and angry sociopolitical documentary in the spirit of a ton of other documentaries that came out over the last decade. there's no shortage of specials or movies that tackle the same subject matter in a more concise way, but none have given it the panoramic scope it deserved until now.

plus it has david simon. it's great.
