Review of The Hours (2002) by Aram K — 28 Jan 2011
The more I watch it, the more perfect it is to me. The best example of how a book-to-film adaptation should be done. It makes perfect use of the medium of film to tell this story. Shot, acted, scored, and directed beautifully.
And dialogue that burns. It's a journey through the dark, for sure, but if you're listening closely, you know it's ultimately an uplifting film.
