Review of The Hours (2002) by Jeffrey C — 30 Jul 2012
We have come to movie such as "Crash" and "Babel", which initiated with independent stories, and they were joined and linked together to form a picture resembling a set of jigsaw puzzles. "The hours" is just with the same start, but it is intelligent enough to join the story as indirectly as possible. I would call that a "psychofusion", which has not failed to appreciate the audiences with the book as a physical mean of linkage.
And there's a very true fact too. We are having independent life of our age and we may think our stories must form a large cleavage with our ascendants, but actually there did exist certain intersections and coincidence. There are values which will not be changed by time.
