It felt like 3 hours when it was actually half of that. Joan Chen, while being a great actress and all, is terribly exaggerated here. 715 - 2 expressions as usual - smiling or, not. Very anti-climax as well.
But as seeing that its the director's own story to tell, then ok. And there's Joel to save the film.
