I love this movie and was glad when it finally made it to DVD (rather than crappy bootlegged VHS tapes). Many people prefer El Topo but for me, this is the best of the Jodorowsky films. From beginning to end it's like a great dream.
..sometimes appealing, sometimes appalling. Jodorowsky is known for pushing limits and this film is no exception.
