Review of The Holy Mountain (1973) by Jonny B — 08 May 2011
There isn't a second that passes where the film is lacking great imagery, allusions, ambiguous set-ups, and a tremendous score that lands you in another galaxy. A work of art very open to a lot of interpretations; however, with that the film doesn't seem to have a coherent message.
Better than 'El Topo'.
