Review of The Hobbit: The Desolation of Smaug (2013) by Scottie T — 17 Jan 2015
The story continues with the encounter of the formidable dragon, Smaug. There is tension and great acting. The cinematography is astounding. The story itself just does not merit three overlong movies to tell.
It drags in spots. Still, very good overall. Looking forward to the final chapter.
