Review of The Hobbit: The Battle of the Five Armies (2014) by Hunter W — 15 Jan 2017
Its unfortunate that this film was fighting out of a hole from the start (being an unnecessary 3rd sequel), but the action sequences are thrilling, if somewhat plagued by heavy handed CGI, and Peter Jackson weaves just enough magic to keep the Battle of the Five Armies from underwhelming too much.
