Review of The Hobbit: The Battle of the Five Armies (2014) by Simon S — 11 Nov 2018
Despite how horrible the acting was, how the plot was utter garbage, and how the script reminded me of Star Wars: Revenge of the Sith, I would actually highly recommend this movie to anyone who's inside on a rainy weekend.
I would say this is a it's-so-bad-it's-good movie, a motion picture where I unintentionally laughed at some of the most controversial moments. Also definitely a good movie for yet-to-become-directors; This is what NOT to do in a movie like this, or any movie, for that matter.
