Review of The Hobbit: The Battle of the Five Armies (2014) by Paul K — 02 Apr 2015
I was skeptical of this movie because of the first two, and it did not betray my suspicions. It was ridiculous many times (and not in a good way). I wanted to feel something for the characters that I knew and loved from the book, but I could not make an emotional attachment to Thorin, Bilbo, or even Gandalf throughout all three movies.
