I would give the movie a B+. It's funny and clever and a little ridiculous. Not sure why people are hating on it. Some of the dialog is forced, and the notion that a bunch of machine guns can't kill one guy is pushing it, but the movie overall was entertaining.
See the movie if you like either Ryan Reynolds or Samuel L Jackson.
