Review of The Hitchhiker's Guide to the Galaxy (2005) by Bryan S — 07 Feb 2012

I just don't know about this one. The story just seems far to silly, and quite frankly held up by the over the top characters and the seemingly endless british inuendos. Sam Rockwell is kind of funny for a while, as is the Alan Rickman voiced robot but both lack real humour.

Zoey Deschanel is gorgeous throughout the film representing the only real character in the movie but ultimatley fills the audience( nerdy british guys who like overly dry humour) un realistic desire by ending up with the nice guy in the end.

Its probably better as a book.
