Review of The Hitcher (1986) by Grégory S — 17 May 2009
Rudger Hauer at his best (my opinion; yours may differ) -- though he was equally brilliant in 'Blade Runner'. It's an 80s movie, so it's just a little bit cheesy at times, but it's an excellent chase/thriller film.
See this (the original). Give the remake a miss. I'd say the same about most remakes.
