Review of The History Boys (2006) by Ben K — 28 May 2008
The History Boys is based off of the award winning play. It calls back the same actors that performed in the play to once again pick up their rolls in the movie.
Personally, this movie made me wish the play was still up and running. All of the characters were lovable, even the old genital groping teacher. History students will most likely enjoy this movie. Also, there's a short scene in the beginning that will amuse anyone studying French.
