Review of The Hills Have Eyes (1977) by Elaine M — 04 Dec 2008
Early horror flick from director Wes Craven, following a family travelling on vacation that becomes the target of vicious cannibalistic savages when their truck breaks down in the desert. Though its material is far from stunningly creative, 'The Hills Have Eyes' is still plenty entertaining and pretty much what you might expect from an early Craven film- sadly that entails the sinful inclusion of many extremely annoying characters whose brutal deaths will hardly keep you awake at night.
Fun, and worth its time, but that's all...
