Sam accurately depicts a drug addled actor named Lee. On the downside of carrier and life Lee wants to reconcile with his daughter, but doesn't want to change. He gets news he has cancer and is dying.
He can't deal with it or tell anyone except his young girlfriend. Not too much change in Lee who keeps on trucking as the selfish jerk that he is.
