Review of The Help (2011) by Nhung N — 16 Aug 2013
Much as I hate movies that includes rich suburban bitches, this is a film I would and have made an exception for. they exploits both the good and bad side of each characters, with such misery that it brings tears to the toughest men, guaranteed.
I like the soundtrack and how soothing it feels. there are barely anything bad to say about this film, apart from the fact that it feels like to have overdramatised the issues that it becomes a bit hard to accept and believe all the given details.
And if the movie concentrates on the character that Viola Davis portrays, the should have put her on the first cuts so that it doesn't become misunderstood that it was Skeeter, for me at least.
